Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named most senior IT executive
(IT Director or equivalent), company name,
full company address including PAF verified
postcodes, (telephone number), (opt-in email address), salutation.
Output formats
Data is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel format is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
