is the market leading CRM solution and has been presented with many awards; the contact named supplied with this list is the named customer relationship manager; the database contains, in the main, medium sized to larger organisations.
The GoldMine relationship management product lines have been developed with a unique person and organization in mind. All editions provide extensive contact management, sales automation, marketing automation, scheduling and project management functions. They vary in the underlying technology and configurability.

is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers
are available for all records.

All
names were contacted within the last 6 months.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,
for each record: Named Customer Relationship Manager, company name,

The list is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel fomat is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
Delivery
Data is dispatched on CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.
CD-ROMs as well as labels are
sent by first class, recorded mail.
