This list forms a database of UK organisations, who are users of one or more of the commercially available broadband services; organisations on this listare, in the main, technologically advances, with a sophisticated IT infrastructure.   The list is supplied with the name of the most senior IT executive

Data is 100% postcoded and telephone numbers are available for all records.  Fax numbers are available for over 70% of records and are cleaned against the Fax Preference Service File.

Accuracy

All names were contacted within the last 6 months.

Selections

Data can be selected by company size, industry sector, and geography.

Recommended Users

Broadband service providers; business software; conference & seminar organisers; internet service providers; IT & telecommunications consultants; IT security firms.

Data structure

The following fields are supplied, as standard, for each record: Name, company name, full company address including PAF verified postcodes, salutation. Telephone & facsimile numbers are appended, where ordered.

Output formats

Data is supplied as either an ASCII comma-delimited text (.txt), Microsoft Excel (.xls), or Microsoft Access (.mdb) file, on floppy-disk, CD-Rom or via e-mail. The comma-delimited text format is the default format for the despatch of our lists, as it is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge; however, if you would prefer to receive your list in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Access format, you will be able to note this in the "Comments" box, when you place your order.

If you would like to test the different formats, you can download a sample database in each of the formats to try out with your software; the data in these sample files is solely intended to test technical compatibilty and does not contain any records from this particular list.

Delivery

Data is dispatched on floppy disk, CD-ROM or via e-mail; where we send you our list by e-mail, this is usually done the same day the order is placed; otherwise, please allow 1-2 working days from receipt of order.

Disks/CD-ROMs as well as labels are sent by first class, recorded mail.

Terms & Conditions

All data is supplied for single use or 12 months lease, and must not be resold to a third party.
