on this database spent between 500,000 Euros
(lowest) and 100 million Euros (highest)
on IT in the last financial year, on cost items such
as hardware, software, networking/communications,
staffing (in-house and external) and training.
 Data
is 100% postcoded; telephone numbers are
available for all records.
Accuracy
All
names were contacted within the last 3 months.

Data structure
The
following fields are supplied, as standard,

Data is sent in both (a) comma-delimited text (.txt) and (b) Microsoft Excel (.xls) formats.
- (a) The comma-delimited text format is suitable for import into any spreadsheet, database or contact management software, as well as mail-merge
- (b) The Microsoft Excel format is, universally, the most popular format for the despatch of mailing lists, and over 99% of computer users are familiar with Excel.
